How are "some" and "many" defined?
Terms used throughout the scale to denote quantity or frequency. Specific guidelines may be given in various items. "Some" denotes presence in the environment, and at least 1 example must be observed, unless the guidelines require more examples. To give credit for "many," children should have access without long periods of waiting or undue competition.
